Sarah Killen: Conan O'Brien Picks One Person To Follow On Twitter
Conan O'Brien picks Killen
Sarah Killen (@LovelyButton) of Michigan was chosen by famous comedian Conan O'Brien as the only person he is going to follow on Twitter. O'Brien built an impressive Twitter following of 536,845 followers in just 10 days, which means he has been getting 37 followers a minute on average.
In contrast, Jay Leno (@jayleno) who overtook O'Brien as the new host of the Tonight Show has only 33,964 followers and is following 37 other people. Unlike O'Brien, Leno opted out to follow mostly celebrities, among them Shaun White, Sarah Palin, Ashton Kutcher and Serena Williams.

On his Twitter page, O'Brien wrote just hours ago, "I've decided to follow someone at random. She likes peanut butter and gummy dinosaurs. Sarah Killen, your life is about to change."
How much did the life of Killen change at this point?
Well, Killen has Tweeted that she is still new to Twitter and her fiance (@badghandi89) is helping her deal with all the attention. Killen did say that she is excited and she knew that "randomness" would pay off for her one day. According to TwitterCounter.com, Killen went from five followers to over 5,000 in the wake of O'Brien's Tweet. It is not clear at this point if Killen is going to find herself on the set of Oprah or Ellen talking about the whole ordeal next, but she did drop a clue that she would want to be on Chelsea Lately, an E! network late night comedy talk show hosted by comedienne Chelsea Handler.
