Sarah Trigger, Ex-Wife of Jon Cryer, Felony Child Abuse Arrest

Sarah Trigger, ex-wife of Two and a Half Men star Jon Cryer, is under arrest for felony child abuse stemming from an incident at her Hermosa Beach, California, home.

Sarah Trigger and Jon Cryer have a child together, Charlie Cryer, 9, but he was not the child involved in the abuse incident. Charlie Cryer was not even at his mother's home when police were called.

The child in question is the 2-year old son of Sarah Trigger and her second husband, who she married after divorcing Jon Cryer in 2004. Trigger and her second husband are separated and in the middle of pre-divorce preparations.

Sarah Trigger was released on $100,000 bail and her 2-year old son is reportedly in a "safe environment."

According to a spokesman for the Hermosa Beach Police Department, officers arrived at Trigger's residence at approximately 10:47 p.m. after receiving a call from her current husband (whom she married after divorcing Cryer and from whom she's now separated) regarding an injury sustained by their 2-year-old son. The boy had marks on his neck, police said.

Trigger, a British-born actress whose credits include Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey and an episode of CSI: Miami, allegedy gave conflicting accounts regarding the child's "accident."
