While few details are yet available on cause of death, it has been reported that author James P. Hogan was found dead at his home in Irealand, having died July 12th, 2010.

Mr. Hogan died at his home in the Republic of Ireland on Monday, 12 July 2010 at the age of 69. No further information is available at this time, including cause of death.

The Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association is reporting the death of author James P Hogan on 12 July 2010 in their most current newsletter to members. This information has been confirmed by his agent.

James P. Hogan died suddenly on July 12, 2010. He was alone at his home in Ireland at the time.
