Broadcast in french? Ha, it's being filmed close to Quebec street. Ain't that enough?

He asked the crowd to "legally, in French" keep chanting his name. So of course the crowd starting going, "Ste-PHAN, Ste-PHAN" hahaha. He called the crowd "chanting whores" and then the crowd starting going "Chanting Whores! Chanting Whores!" It was great, obviously. But muddy, and it started at 10:30. AND the sound wasn't so good. AND Michael Buble.
