Hey there Ryan! It seems like there may be some trouble with the highlight tool. It allows the text that has been quoted to be placed in a box. You can do this by downloading the highlight tool for your browser http://www.nowpublic.com/newsroom/tools/highlight/highlight .

Yes Jay.el, at first I thought there was really a problem with the highlight tools.  Until I check over NowPublic.com's guidelines, which indicated their highlight tool for the latest version of Firefox will come out of the oven very soon.  So for that reason, I am fixing the links and all that for the articles I deemed worth sharing. 

But thanks anyway for your support and assistance.  I understand this site is doing all it can to deliver the service the soonest time possible, I mean the upgraded version of the hghlight tool for Mozilla 3.
