Scout Willis Busted for Underage Drinking

After cracking open a can of beer in Union Square, Scout Willis, TMZ reports that the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis was arrested for underage drinking in New York on Monday (June 4).

Just before 7p.m. on Monday, 20-year-old Scout Willis was spotted holding an 8-ounce Pakistani beer by a transit cop, at which point she handed the officer a fake New York ID card with the name Katherine Kelly.

After further questioning, Scout handed over her real California ID card telling the officer, “My name is Scout Willis." According to court papers she confessed, “The first ID isn’t mine. My friend gave it to me. I don’t know Katherine Kelly.”

Although the Brown University student was released without bail on Tuesday, a police spokesperson assured she was cited for two misdemeanors of criminal impersonation and open container law violation.

Willis, who makes up one half of the band "Gus + Scout", last garnered public attention in December of 2011 when she appeared in a racy music video for StyleLikeU.com wearing butt-less chaps and combat boots.

The clip, set to the sound of Scout's voice reading one of her poems, shows the 20-year-old hopping on a motorcycle with a mystery male before revealing her secret wardrobe items.

The middle daughter of Bruce and Demi has been ordered appear at the Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.
