'Seinfeld' Star Daniel von Bargen Survives Suicide Attempt

Daniel von Bargon, the man who played 'Krugar' in TV Sitcom 'Seinfeld' and Captain Grady in 'Super Troopers' tried to commit suicide by shooting himself in the head and survived.

Von Bargon is in critical condition in an Ohio hospital after attempting to shoot himself in the head to commit suicide. TMZ has the tape recording of his 911 call to a dispatcher. Listen at your descretion.

The operator asked him if it was an accident, and Von Bargen replied "I was supposed to go to the hospital and I didn't want to."

The operator then asked where the gunshot wound was, and Von Bargen replied in his temple.

Law enforcement officials confirm they were dispatched to Von Bargen's Cincinnati apartment complex a short time later, and when they arrived, you can hear them on the 911 tape, yelling at Daniel to keep his hands where they could see them.

Von Bargen was transported to a nearby hospital where he is currently in critical condition.
