Shante Broadus: Snoop Dogg's Wife Not Dead in the Basement

Shante Broadus, Snoop Dogg's Wife, has been listed on the California Highway Patrol's website as dead from a traffic accident in LA County yesterday afternoon. Adding to the craziness of the story was the allegation that Snoop Dogg was keeping his wife's dead body in his basement.

It all appeared to be a joke on the site however (click on the link below to see the screenshot of it) but it is unclear what exactly has happened, even now.

At 3:19 yesterday afternoon -- while Snoop was getting high live on the internet -- an anonymous tipper called the CHP to alert them of the alleged heinous situation... but apparently it was so ridiculous that no one at the CHP bothered to forward it to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.
