Shawne Merriman and Tila Tequila Photos Taken Hours Before Arrest

TMZ has obtained photos of Shawne Merriman and Tila Tequila taken just hours before Tila Nguyen (aka Tila Tequila) called the cops to arrest Merriman for assault and battery.

The photos are from Stingaree nightclub in San Diego, taken at around 1:00 am local time (the cops were called at around 3:45am local time) in a roped off area where Tila was giving Shawne lapdances most of the night.

A spokesperson for the club said:

they were there for a friend's birthday and that "they seemed in good spirits throughout the evening and were enjoying themselves. There was no outward indication of any problem between the two of them."
