Halloween 2 II Movie Trailer (720p HD) August 28, 2009

Rob Zombie and his wife, Sheri Moon Zombie, hit Planet Hollywood on their promotion tour for Rob Zombie's latest directorial effort, Halloween II. As frontman for the alt-metal White Zombie, Rob Zombie demonstrated an early love of showmanship, which he brought to lo-fi dirtbag classics House of 1,000 Corpses and The Devil's Rejects (in which his wife, Sheri Zombie, appears: Rob Zombie's wife is very much his muse) before taking on Michael Meyers in his reimagining of Halloween...  and there's always a sequel. Halloween II gets its North American release on August 28.

I guess it's important to get the word out, as Rob and Sheri Zombie don't strike me as Planet Hollywood types.

Promotion for the latter's sequel brought Zombie to New York, where he stopped by Planet Hollywood in Times Square with his wife Sherri Moon Zombie at his side.

Aside from H2, though, Rob Zombie and Sheri Moon Zombie have another project on the way... The Haunted World of El Superbeasto, an animated tale of mystical Lucha Libre mayhem.
The Haunted World of El Superbeasto is the twisted tale of El Superbeasto (voiced by Tom Papa), a former world-class masked wrestler with super-human strength who now finds himself in the very ordinary capacity as producer/director/star of BeastoWorld Enterprises. But when he can, Beasto spends time fighting evil along with his super-sexy sister, Suzi X (Sheri Moon Zombie), in the spooky Monsterland.

El Superbeasto is based on Rob Zombie's own comic book. I added the trailer to thsi story, but you'll want to have your kids leave the room before you watch it. I'm just saying.

Oh, and Rob Zombie has a new album coming out soon. He's like the Kanye West of skeezy pop culture.
