The quality of public security has became the worst comparing to the past. Gang-shooting and drive-by shooting has occurred several times, and not of shootings are related to gang and drug business. It has already been three months, yet the police seems like they have not yet fixed the problem, or they are not able to fix the problem.
Recent shooting has occurred during day times, apparently these gangs are out of control. For innocent students who walk by those streets to attend school everyday, they are haunted with fear of getting caught in the middle of the shootings. It is not fair for students who are eager to receive education to end their life by street gangs. It is time for police to get into some actions.
