Lori, who is married to Jeff, an emergency room physician, tell a heartfelt story about their first adoption of twins that eventually led to the adoption of seven other youngsters that they met on their frequent trips to Russia.  She has been speaking to local area organizations for the past five years about the adoption process in the land of Russia. Recently she spoke at the Southgate Rotary Club and gave a signed copy of her book for an auction they are doing later this month. Proceeds from every book benefit the children orphanages in Russia. She was asked back to sing the national anthem for the regional Rotary program in Southgate February 21. She will also be featured on Jack Krasula’s “Anything is Possible” program on WJR 760am on Sunday February 10th at 6:00pm.
