Cultural Doomsday: Snooki Baby Due December 21, 2012

Snooki is pregnant, as we all know, whether we want to or not. But did you know Snooki's due date? Snooki's baby is due on December 21, 2012. Does that date sound familiar?

December 21, 2012 is believed to be the end of the 5,125-year Mesoamerican long calendar ("The Mayan Calendar"), which some believe will be the date on which the world ends. Hey, for some Twitter users, Snooki's beating them to domesticity is the end of the world.

Others see December 21, 2012 as a time of mass spiritual evolution or change. Or maybe the Mayans simply ran out of rock, punting the problem forward as did the architects of Unix (i.e. the Year 2038 Problem).

Snooki's pregnancy has already brought about some knuckleheaded smack talk from ex-boyfriend Emilio Masella, which led to a Twitter war between Emilio and Jionni LaValle, as they battle to become King of Guido Island or whatever.

Will Snooki's new baby herald the apocalypse, like something out of The Omen, or or will people of all creeds and colors coalesce into a unified hue of orange as we all fist-pump as one?

The real question: how the hell did Harold Camping miss this one?

Snooki's due date is totally NOT in December. This was a rumor by someone trying to be funny, and if one looks at the facts closely instead of relying on Yahoo! answers for their info, it will be quite obvious that her due date is closer to late august.www.snookipregnant.com/due-date/

Not true. Snooki is over 15 weeks pregnant now. Her baby will be born in late August/early September. If the baby was conceived right now then the baby would be due during the "worlds end." Ladies, now is not the time to get pregnant. Guys, try not to knock anyone up please.

If you believe this end of times nonsense then I guess it really is the end of your world or rather, the end of your common sense. We were supposed to see the end long ago, it never happened. Then 2000 came around and the computer date bug never destroyed us, either. Even the Mayan calendar is said to be way off. Stop worry people..enjoy your life now. It's the here, the now that matters and most of this is just scaremongering to sell news. Live long, and prosper \/
