South Park to Reach Milestone 200th Episode in Season 14

South Park will air it's 200th episode once it's 14th season begins on March 17th 2010.

Creator Matt Stone says he never would have imagined his show would air 200 episodes when he and partner Trey Parker first came up with the idea.

Oh, man. No. Not in any way. In fact, it wasn't until we reached 100 episodes that it started to feel attainable. When we made it to 100 episodes I thought "you know what? I think we can keep this going to 200. I think it's doable."

Stone says there isn't any plan to do something really special for episode 200 like the creators did for the show's 100th episode.

While episode 200 won't get any special attention, that doesn't mean the two creators don't have a few ideas cooked up already. While Stone and Parker are notorious for writing episodes at the last minute (to ensure fresh topics), there are a few ideas that need a bit of pre-planning.

Episode topics may include: The Tiger Woods Scandal, The Tonight Show war, and perhaps a return to the mocking of Avatar.
