Strong evidence indicates that men and women of conscience are targeted by a multi-agency/command security cult and physically and neurologically neutralized.  I was -- for four years, I could barely move off my couch, and my speech was even impaired.  I continue to remain under elecrtromagnetic assault from the cell tower radio frequency directed energy weapon system deployed everywhere -- and exposed by yours truly after a series of in-person pleadings to the Philadelphia office of the FBI somehow resulted in a drop in the "amplitude" of the attacks -- but the attacks continue, as recently as this morning and last night.

I also believe that circumstantial evidence points to the possibility that this weapon system, camouflaged as "multi-intelligence fusion surveillance," is being used to broadcast frequencies that lull many individuals into a state of apathy and malaise.
