The criminal justice system is increasingly becoming a failure : a bottle with fast depleting content.

Ah Sir The newsworthiness of the piece depends upon the sensivity of individual, his perception . I being a lawyer am extremely dejected because of the happening in our judicial system.

I agree that this is  news group and my post would attract few visitors. But I thought the cartoons said things better than the write ups. Even then my cartoon may not be upto mark and poor. iI could not have helped outletting my emotional catharisis.

in Delhi accused/appellant are in jail for 10-15 years. accused are acquitted after 10 years in jail. the bail applications are heard of ordinary people after 6 months but in rich people like Shibu Sorain, avnish bajaj, etc the same courts are most considerate. what an inequality in name of justice.

please fight this injustice and write to me on manishkhanna_2000@yahoo.com

Even if a oppressed person is able to get a  lawyer the powerful can put the lawyer in trouble within the precincts of the court by hiring criminals in garb of lawyer entrenched in the court premises and also in court by greasing the palms of the court  staff.
