Steve Guttenberg Confirms 'Three Men and a Baby' Third Instalment
Eighties comedy icon Steve Guttenberg confirmed the third instalment in the much-loved family favourite Three Men and a Baby is in the works more than 20 years after the original film was released. Titled Three Men and a Bride, according to Guttenberg the third instalment will bring back the original cast; so yes, you can get your Tom Selleck, Ted Danson, and/or Steve Guttenberg fixes.
Guttenberg said: "Disney's developing Three Men and a Bride. That's going to be a smash. A smash hit. They're bringing everybody back for that.
"Nobody knows about it. I'm the first to talk about it."
Three Men and a Bride will continue the story of three bachelors raising Mary, a baby who randomly showed up on their doorstep, and the general hijinks that come with eighties comedies featuring 'The Guttenberg.' In the 1990 sequel, Three Men and a Little Lady, the plot focused on the trio of former-bachelors dealing with a now five year-old Mary while trying to establish relationships of their own. But in the upcoming, Disney-developed, instalment Danson, Selleck, and Guttenberg face the reality of their little girl taking the plunge and walking down the aisle.
Regardless of Guttenberg's exciting, nostalgic news it seems he might be a little publicity hungry, as he pandered himself unabashedly alluding to potential for remakes of his other eighties hits.
"It's definitely time for another Police Academy. And I think they could make another Cocoon."
"They're surefire hits and I think they're good for the world. They make the world a better place and that's what it's all about."
What do you think? Does Guttenberg have any chance to get back into the public eye?

Don't forget the original film was French, and did not have a drug aspect, if I remember correctly. A better film, all in all.
