"Steve Jobs vs Bill Gates" is an emerging meme that's sort of like Comixed, which has joined the Cheezburger firmament. Basically, you take a sequence of several photos and apply text to them ("image macros", in the geek vernacular). 

In this case, we have still photos from a sit-down between Steve jobs and Bill Gates, the two undisputed titans of personal computing, both of whom have made vast fortunes by forcing the rest of us to constantly upgrade our toys, which are either broken by design or doomed for obsolescence by the time we next need to shave. 

So, Sad and Useless is making a statement. A somewhat goofy statement, but a statement nonetheless. Not sure exactly what this statement is saying, but it's kind of funny... and you can join in by making your own Steve Jobs vs Bill Gates image macros. The default template doesn't feature Heath ledger's Joker, which is (IMHO) a prerequisite for a brilliant image macro, but still.
