Suri crashes the classroom

This Monday morning, Suri Cruise will put away her signature princess gowns and kitten heels, strap on a pair of drab, closed-toe flats and tug on a regulation gray jumper over a white-collared blouse. She'll walk out of her Tribeca apartment with only one piece of flair on her ensemble: the logo of her exclusive new school, Avenues.

After shopping Manhattan academies all summer, mom Katie Holmes has reportedly placed Suri in the brand-new, $39,750-a-year private school in Chelsea. There, she'll spend half the day studying her choice of Spanish or Chinese and will eat lunch on a "dining porch" overlooking the High Line.

For Suri, the school uniform may provide a cloak of anonymity from the paparazzi that have documented her every outfit change since her birth to "TomKat" six years ago. For the schools she courted, the most famous prep schooler in the world has brought a flush of attention no money could buy.
