Susan Boyle Cancels More Gigs; NowPublic Moves to Ignore Her

Britain's Got Talent loser (read: second-place finalist) Susan Boyle has cancelled her appearance in Liverpool, four days after she failed to perform in Manchester.
Her rep says she was "feeling tired" and would decided to take the night off from the Britain's Got Talent tour. Can you hear the children crying? We can.
The Daily Mirror reported on June 18 that Boyle went "hysterical" over her missing cat, Pebbles. Despite reports, her rep says she was not pining away for her beloved cat.
"She had a rest day," says her rep of this latest cancellation, while a source adds that, contrary to some reports, Boyle was not pining for her cat at home. "She certainly wasn't shouting out for Pebbles," says her rep
According to People, Boyle's entourage has discussed the decision to cancel her tour following her much-publicized hospitalization for exhaustion, shortly after placing second place on the BGT finale.
But anyway, we at NowPublic are keenly aware that people (read: a collective majority of reasonable individuals, not the magazine) no longer care about Ms. Boyle or her exploits, bushy eyebrows and makeovers be damned.
It's not that we don't sympathize with the poor lady. We understand that the British press are a brutal pack of street dogs waiting to sink their yellowing teeth into any weak soul with a silly hairdo. And, yes, they chewed Ms. Boyle up real good. We get it. When the children cried, we cried with them.
But now dogs have spit her out and Boyle's earthly remains are dull and kinda frumpy. So, NowPublic bids her farewell. We're driving the final nail in her coffin or through her heart, or wherever. Never to report on her again...unless, of course, she cures poverty, or wins the Tour de France or adopts those Plus 8 rapscallions from their wicked mother.

You probably don't read these but I hope that you read this one:
Although you didn't win 1st place in Britains got talent, you actually won much, much more. You not only won 2nd place (a huge honor) but you won over the entire world. Now you are overwhelmed and afraid. Please don't think you are alone in these feelings. But the faster you get back on that horse, stuff down that fear and start believing in yourself again, the better things will be for you and someday it will be much easier. It appears that you have a lot of family and friends to turn to and many people to support you emotionally. Take advantage of that. Just keep moving and believe in yourself for the incredible, feisty, talented, funny entertainer that you are and were always meant to be. This was your dream and only you can make it come true.
I believe in you as do millions/billions of fans worldwide. Please don't punish the rest of the world (by withholding your above mentioned talents from us) for the unforgiveable behaviour o a few.
