NP Rank:
Susan Boyle vs Shaheen Jafargholi in Britain's Got Talent finale
This Saturday May 30th, viewers around the world will be glued to their TVs to find out who is going to win Britain's Got Talent.
Susan Boyle, the 47-year-old never been kissed 'Hairy Angel' from Scotland?
Or Shaheen Jafargholi, the 12-year-old baby faced crooner from Wales?
The pressure is on for both of them, as Susan, who shot to fame almost immediately after appearing on the audition show, has to defend her title of 'being a shoe-in to win' from the very beginning. Shaheen meanwhile, has charmed viewers with his amazing voice, and being so young, he could take the crown easily.
Only the votes will count on Saturday night, when the winner is decided and is chosen to perform in front of the Queen.
The pressure is building however, as Susan seems to have already let slip a four letter swear word when she was watching a screening of an episode in a hotel with other contestants.
Britain's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan took to his blog to defend her and urged everyone to give her a break:
He wrote: 'My heart absolutely bleeds for the poor woman...
'Susan denies this happened, and I wasn’t there, so I don’t know what really went on...
'Susan Boyle is a very kind, generous-hearted, lady who has had a pretty tough life.'
He wants everyone to just back off.
Shaheen meanwhile has been staying out of the limelight as much as possible, but even he didn't escape a few perils of fame, when it was discovered that someone set up a Twitter account in his name and had conversations with Lily Allen, Asthon Kutcher and Demi Moore. He doesn't even have a Twitter account.
The imposter set up the page and emblazoned it with images of the star from his appearances on Britain’s Got Talent.
The fake Shaheen wrote to Demi Moore and even swapped private messages with her husband Ashton Kutcher.
Lily Allen was skeptical however, while Demi and Ashton seemed to get sucked in quite easily.
There were rumours that Demi and Ashton were going to be guests of honour at this weekend's finale, and were going to be flown in on Simon Cowell's private jet, but alas, that's not true.
Ashton – who is currently filming new movie Five Killers opposite Katherine Heigl - Tweeted today: “I will be working stateside this weekend. I'm not sure how this whole british talent rumor got started."
Demi's Twitter support for Susan Boyle was largely responsible for launching the finalist on the American public after her initial audition last month.
Susan and Shaheen have had some stiff competition from others however that have also made an impact around the world:
