The message seems to be clear: if you work for peace, or do not support the jihad, you will die. Al Qaeda and its Muslim extremists cohorts make it clear that leaders who oppose them are marked for execution.
A suspected Al Qaeda in Iraq fighter believed responsible for the assassination of a U.S.-allied Sunni tribal leader in Anbar province was arrested north of Baghdad, the military said Sunday.Fallah Khalifa Hiyas Fayyas al-Jumayli, an Iraqi also known as Abu Khamis, was seized Saturday in a raid west of Balad after intelligence reports linked him to the killing of Sheik Abdul-Sattar Abu Risha, the military said.
He was not believed to be acting alone and the search continued for other suspects, military spokesman Rear. Adm. Mark Fox said.

PEP, you've convinced me you've done the work - it's authentic. I also think that you've been fair and thorough. I didn't get the sense that you were hiding your biases, or passing off other's work as your own. Or worse -- getting paid by those you cover -- so it's transparent and independent. I also think you deserve praise for being an eyewitness, and for your investigative efforts. Good stuff.
Now that the coward is in custody, without any children to hide behind, he'll start to give up the rest of the
cohorts.
