Tiger Woods Affair Rumor: Cheating on Wife with Rachel Uchitel?

The Tiger Woods affair rumor has everyone racing to their keyboards, though the source of the story is the National Enquirer. Media Takeout got to the story early (perhaps first on the web), saying that Tiger Woods is cheating on his wife, Elin Nordegren, with Rachel Uchitel, and scanning some Rachel Uchitel photos from the Enquirer itself. At the moment, though, the Enquirer's own site has no mention of the Tiger Woods affair story, so it's either print-only or not real. The comment thread on Media Takeout's story is a mixture of spam and sentence-fragment comments, but I bet the story will get picked up across the web as the day goes on.

Items like this, which aren't easily verified, take on lives of their own, either by outlets covering them, or by other outlets covering the outlets covering them. That's why I'm calling it a rumor.

The sad thing about Tiger Woods' marriage is that it is based on money, probably. I could be wrong, but you can't honestly tell me that the woman who married him would have given him the time of day if he were a low-wage person working in a restaurant or something. And, he has to be aware of this on some level too. Any relationship based on this would be prone to trouble eventually, I would guess.

Most disciplined player in the world. Owns a yacht named PRIVACY. A billionaire. His mother and wife went to Australia with him. He joked during his press conference that the first place prize of $240,000 paid for their shopping down under. So, let's see, he plays in the Pro-Am, goes out with this bimbo? Unlikely.
He gets up at 5am to work out, goes to practice tee to warm up, plays 18 holes, hangs around for the press conferences, goes to dinner with wife and mother, and then goes bangs this bimbo? Unlikely. He knows he is a target for anything. He has a five man security detail where ever he goes. You think they would let him get into this type of a problem? Unlikely. Just a pair of bimbos seeking their 15 minutes of slutty fame.

Spot on. The theory is if a man is wealthy he should have a skinny blonde wife. If Tiger did not have fame & money his wife would not have given him 2 hoots. No sympathy for him, there are plenty of beautiful black women. He deserves what he gets.

well its like this i personally dont know tiger, however i am a huge fan... i have listened to tiger i his press cnferences and hes seems to think highly of his wife and kids so no i dont think that he his cheating on elin.... i remember seeing her with him in the us amatuers in the early 90's so i guess the chance of tiger cheating is like that child molesting little white girl (they call a pop star) being better than elvis!

One can be certain Tiger Woods, most likely to be the only sports figure in history to make close to a billion dollars will have hundreds of weaselly scumbag lawyers sniffing about looking for his wife offering faux concern and divorce advice in order to get the lions share of Tiger woods billion dollars for themselves, and of course 50 million for his wife.

Stay tuned, cause its gonna get ugly. You can bet if a divorce does happen, Oprah will be placing a concerned call to the mistress, the wife or Tiger for a televised shoulder to cry on, that would have nothing to do with ratings!

National Enquirer have their work cut out for them.
