Details of Tiger Woods-Elin Nordegren Divorce: Elin Gets Sole Custody of Children, Cash Settlement
The Sun is reporting some of the terms to Elin Nordegren's upcoming divorce from Tiger Woods. According to the agreement, Nordegren will get $750 to $830 million in exchange for never speaking publicly of Woods' affairs. "never", as in, "as long as she lives". This agreement includes no tell-all books or talk-show appearances on the topic. Also, Elin Nordegren will get sole physical custody of their children, Sam and Charlie. No Girlfriends in Front of the Kids
Another stipulation dictates that Tiger Woods will not be able to have any girlfriends hanging around when he has the children over. Indeed, only married women who are not having a relationship with Woods, or female staff will be allowed near the kids.
Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren will share legal custody of the kids, and Woods will be able to see them for up to half a week at a time. The custoday arrangement will be renegotiable in five years.
According to the same source, Elin Nordegren is ready to file for divorce within a week.
Elin gets sole physical custody of their kids but they will split legal custody.
That means Tiger will share decisions about their future - so Elin will not be able to permanently relocate them to her native Sweden.

I wonder if the same rules apply to her?Will she be able to have any future boyfriends "hanging around" the children?She sure made a killing by his cheating.

I should add that I wonder if Tiger still has all that money left after wining and dining so many women?
His golfing career isn't what it used to be either, and he's not making near the money that he's made in the past.
I'm sure he's had to pay a lot of women hush money too.
