He looked real nervous while giving his speech. I don't know why people are giving him a hard time about his speech saying he wasn't sincere. I think he has to be sincere after getting embarrassed like this. Why would he fake anything?
Sincerity is irrelevant, he broke the public trust (as misguided as it may be) and will never get it back. As far as the speech, it was not that of a husband and father, but as the CEO of a company, or Head of State. It was something he had to do to salvage as much of Tiger Woods the brand as possible, there was nothing heartfelt about it, just as there is nothing heartfelt when GM apologizes for laying off US workers and shipping jobs overseas.
