Tila Tequila and Shawne Merriman have settled lawsuits they filed against each other after an incident back in September.

Tequila claimed that Merriman assaulted her and prevented her from leaving his home, a allegation Merriman rejects. Merriman sued Tequila for intentional interference because he says her claims ruined a t-shirt contract with Wal-Mart.

The two settled today in court confirmed Tequila's lawyer, although the terms were confidential.

It's been a busy week for Tequila, who in the past two days has claimed to have had a miscarriage, a successful adoption of a Russian child and now a finished settlement with Merriman.
