Just days after her fiance Casey Johnson's death, could Tila Tequila be pregnant?

She's not saying too much now, but the reality star tweeted early this morning:

ok going on 4 days no sleep. Ahhh! Going to doctor's appointment in 5 hours. Eeek! Pregnancy news soon??? Stay tuned....xox

She hasn't said much since, just another tweet about six hours ago:

Someone please tell me to go to sleep! I haven't slept going on 4 days now from the loss of my Wifey. I need to rest. Especially 4 baby!

In a video of Tila on Thursday outside her LA home, she can be seen rubbing her stomach and asking if she has 'that glow'.

It was revealed on December 19th that Tila Tequila was planning to be a surrogate mom for her brother and his wife, but it's not known if this is the pregnancy she is talking about.

“BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: I am going to become a SURROGATE MOTHER for my brother & his wife!!! That is my xmas present to them. I’m pregnant!!!!… I love my brother! This will change his life and mine forever!!!”

Who knows what's going on at this point.
