Tito Ortiz and Jenna Jameson Have Withdrawn All Claims Against Each Other

Looks like a reconciliation could be in the works between Tito Ortiz and Jenna Jameson as the couple have withdrawn all allegations that led to Ortiz being arrested on felony domestic violence charges earlier in the week.

It is not known what prompted this withdrawal, but now that charges have been dropped, it means that the case will not proceed any further.

Jenna Jameson told TMZ:

"What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in."

So does this mean that Jameson lied about what happened to her? Did Ortiz throw her in the bathtub? Did that tear ligaments in her arm? Is Jenna addicted to Oxycontin?

According to TMZ, Ortiz is starting to retract that statement he made about staging a drug intervention for Jameson because she has been addicted to the drug Oxycontin for about a year now. Jameson was tested for drugs earlier this week and everything came back clean so it looks like Ortiz was not exactly telling the truth on that one.

His lawyer, Chip Matthews now calls the incident 'a misunderstanding' and it appears both parties just want the matter to be swept under the carpet.

No word on if Tito Ortiz losing his $15 million UFC contract might have something to do with it.
