Tito Ortiz Was Arrested on April 26 for Felony Domestic Violence Against Jenna Jameson

Tito Ortiz and Jenna Jameson live together in Huntington Beach California, but cops arrived at the house they share together on Monday April 26 and Tito was arrested for felony domestic violence against former porn star Jameson.

If someone is charged with a felony versus a misdemeanor, it means they can spend more time in prison, and state law determines the distinction based on the seriousness of the crime. Often, acts that result in serious injuries are deemed felonies according to Criminal Lawyers.

Reports state that someone, although it is not known who, called 911 at around 9:53 am Monday morning and cops arrived shortly after. After entering the house for a while, police then arrested Tito Ortiz and took him away to Huntington Beach jail in Orange County.

Jenna Jameson reportedly has 'visible injuries' although it is not known what kind of injuries she sustained or the extent of those injuries. There have been no reports that Jameson was taken to hospital, so it is assumed she was treated at her home.

Jenna Jameson was formerly married to porn star and Wicked Pictures director Brad Armstrong and pornographic studio owner Jay Grdina. Despite repeated attempts in the past to have children, Jameson and Ortiz announced in August 2008 that they were expecting twins and on March 16 2009, Jameson gave birth to twin boys. They are named Jesse Jameson Ortiz and Journey Jette Ortiz.

There is no word on if the twins were home at the time of the alleged attack.
