Tito Ortiz Has Denied Domestic Violence Charge Against Jenna Jameson in a Press Conference

Tito Ortiz was arrested on Monday April 26 on a felony domestic violence charge against girlfriend Jenna Jameson. Jenna Jameson reportedly had 'visible injuries' from the alleged incident.

A short while after Ortiz was arrested and taken away, Jenna Jameson appeared outside her home where TMZ caught up with her, and she said she wanted to work things out with him for the sake of their two sons. She did say the incident was not minor and that she had torn ligaments in her arm. She is also not allowed to see Ortiz for a month.

Her father even spoke out, saying the violence just came out of nowhere. When Ortiz left Huntington Beach jail yesterday he said to waiting cameras that he would never hurt Jenna, but he did allude to something else when he held a press conference on Monday night.

Jenna Jameson is Addicted to Oxycontin?

Tito Ortiz and his lawyer Chip Matthews spoke at the press conference saying that Jenna Jameson is addicted to the drug Oxycontin, and that she has been battling the addiction for over a year. Ortiz is claiming that Jameson had a relapse on Monday morning and that when he confronted her about the drugs she had an emotional breakdown.

"As Tito was leaving, unfortunately she contacted the police department through another individual," Matthews said.

"I want to be quite clear, he continued, "Tito Ortiz never laid a hand on Jenna."

Ortiz seemed to be holding back tears when he said

"My parents have gone through an addiction ... I'm not gonna let that happen to my family," Ortiz said. "I hold everything dear to my heart that Jenna will be okay."

Jenna Jameson Denies Allegations of Oxycontin Drug Use

Jameson claims that Ortiz is 'very desperate' and that is why he is making up these claims about drug use. She says that the fight started after she said something 'hurtful to his ego', then he threw her in to the bathtub and that is when she tore two ligaments in her shoulder.

She has given two versions of the story to the media however, one saying Tito did not lay a hand on her, and another saying that Ortiz is a 'wife beater'.

The first version was before the press conference and the second one was after.
