Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes to Divorce: June 2012 Report

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting a divorce, according to People Magazine.

The magazine quotes Holmes' attorney who said, "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest."

Divorce rumors have swirled around the couple since the day they got married five years ago. The June 29, 2012 report, however, appears to have merit.

If true, the Tom Cruise-Katie Holmes divorce would mark the end of Cruise's third marriage. Tom Cruise was previously wed to Mimi Rogers and Nicole Kidman.
