Tom Waits Gives Us a Sneak Peek at 'Bad as Me'

Tom Waits' new album, "Bad as Me", will be released on October 25. It's his first new studio (or barn) record since 2004's "Real Gone". In the meantime, we've had "Orphans" and "Glitter & Doom", but we are all hungry for more new material, and Waits is finally delivering.

"Bad as Me" Lyrics: The only lyrics posted at the moment are for the title track. Waits' website lists the lyrics to his songs, but they're not organized by album. You have to meander through them.

Even if you don't think you know Tom Waits' music, you actually do. Rod Stewart's "Downtown Train"? The Ramones "I Don't Wanna Grow Up?" Screamin' Jay Hawkins' "Heartattack & Vine" and "Ice Cream Man"? Tom Waits covers. The less said about Scarlett Johansson's "Anywhere I Lay My Head", the better.
