Tomatoes lead me to the European Prehistoric Center and Tautavel

How did it happen?
A couple of days ago, Grillman and Luna went to the market in their corner of France near Perpignan (in the Agly River area) and picked some Tomatoes and peppers, green beans and aubergines, made a meal out of it and happened to quote my Beefheart Tomatoes story of 2 years ago.

Even though I know the Perpignan area, I am more familiar with the seaside than the countryside.
This sunny side of France offers many attractions from music to an Apricot Festival in Rivesaltes (July 8).
One of its small towns, Tautavel is also home of the European Prehistoric Center...

leconcierge, I think your story has potential but needs some improvement. I've got a few suggestions, and if you give them a try, I'd be happy to remove this flag.

I wasnt sure what was newsworthy in this story. News should always be about posting current stuff - new things you've discovered.
