Tommy Lee Sends Angry Letter to SeaWorld over Tilikum Sperm Collection

Rocker Tommy Lee sent a poison-pen letter to SeaWorld president Terry Prather, taking the park to task over their treatment of Tilikum the Whale.

While SeaWorld says that Tilikum has no direct contact with people following the death of trainer Dawn Brancheau in February, Tommy Lee questions SeaWorld's continued use of Tilikum as a stud. Lee writes, "Simply put, how can Sea World claim that trainers no longer have direct contact with theis whale when they are jacking him off? That is about as 'direct' as it gets."

It's not clear whether Tommy Lee is is seeking Tilikum's release into the wild, or just wanting to give the orca a break from his role as sperm donor.

"We know from SeaWorld's own director of safety (as well as videos on the web) that the way you get his sperm is by having someone get into the pool and masturbate him with a cow's vagina filled with hot water."

Lee continues, "Even in my wildest days with Motley Crue, I never could've imagined something so sick and twisted."
