Tony Parker Sues over Drake-Chris Brown Fight

Tony Parker Lawsuit Targets W.i.P.

San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker is suing over eye injuries sustained during the Chris Brown-Drake brawl at W.i.P. in New York City.

However, Tony Parker isn't targeting Drake or Chris Brown; or either of their entourages. Instead, Parker is suing the club itself.

The Tony Parker lawsuit alleges, ""The [club owners] were reckless, careless and negligent in permitting Drake's entourage and Brown's entourage to be in the club at the same time despite known tension between the two".

This is kind of a tough sell, especially considering that Parker is seeking $20 million. He's probably hoping for a quick settlement.

Meanwhile, the NYPD shut down W.i.P. on June 16, citing unspecific "code violations".
