Tonya Cooley Lawsuit: Real World/Road Rules' Evan, Kenny Sued
Tonya Cooley of the Real World-Road Rules Challenge Has Filed a Lawsuit Against MTV, Bunim/Murray Productions and Castmates Evan and Kenny. Here are the Ugly Details
Tonya Cooley, a former Real World cast member and regular on the Real Word-Road Rules challenge, has filed a lawsuit against MTV, the Real World production company and two cast members: Evan Starkman and Kenny Santucci.
According to TMZ, Tonya alleges that she was sexually assaulted during the filming of The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins. The Tonya Cooley lawsuit alleges that Kenny and Evan “took another male participant's toothbrush and rubbed the toothbrush around plaintiff's genitals, including rubbing her labia and inserting the toothbrush into plaintiff's vagina.”
Cooley claims that Real World producers were aware of the alleged attack. Not only did they not do anything to stop it, they taped the whole thing and didn't tell her what took place.
While the Tonya Cooley-Real World Road Rules lawsuit may play out in court, the reality performer may be facing an uphill battle.
