NEW YORK CITY, Sept 16 - Tango, a historic form of both self expression and rebellion experienced a remergence of sorts today as the Tango Intervention group danced thier way across the Williamsburg Bridge. The group which is led by a local new york artist believes in promoting the art form and it's belief that art can change the tides of discontent within a society. The group marched from the Lower East Side of Manhattan, across the bridge and finally stopped in Williamsburg.
