Japanese Totem Poles at Burnaby Mountain Park, are called "Kamui Mintara" (Playground of the Gods), created by sculptors Nuburi Toko and his son Shusei Toko . The "Kamui Mintara" was presented by Kushiro city in Japan, sister city of Burnaby to commemorate the goodwill between the two cities.
