Tracy, you are an absolute star, I do applaud your professionalism and not only the way you look, you behave and hold youself, I applaud your perfect and professional response you gave to that big-mouth chef whose place is in the kitchen! I am British but I am ashamed to have a feloow citizenso called "celeb" behaving like this, swearing at people and being nasty. How on earth can he be celeb at all? All he does is cooks well. If you are a celeb, you should behave in a such way that people look at you and either enjoy watching you or simply look up at you!!!
