Fans of Transformers got a rare treat April 29 when the trailer, set to debut on Yahoo April 30, was leaked online at YouTube.  The Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen Trailer is just over two minutes long and has left fans dying for more.

Is it an accident that what should have been a sweet deal for Yahoo, an exclusive web release of the Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen Trailer was usurped by YouTube, a property owned by long time search rival Google?  Like Optimus Prime and Megatron, Yahoo and Google were once engaged in constant battle for superiority; Google clearly won that battle, but who will win in Transformers 2?

"Megatron wants what's in my mind!" screams Sam Witwicky in the 2:32 clip, which appeared on YouTube and other Web sites Wednesday morning (April 29), a day before it was due to officially premiere online. "I just had a full-blown mental meltdown in the middle of my class. I'm seeing symbols!"

Contrasting with the action-packed "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" trailers that have come before it, the new clip focuses mainly on Shia LaBeouf's story as Sam, the main human character in the series. It begins with Shia having a frank discussion with his pal Bumblebee, explaining that it's time for him to move out of the house and on with his life. "Bee," he says. "I want to talk to you about the college thing, OK?"

Although Bumblebee responds by playing the Pointer Sisters' "I'm So Excited" song, the film focuses on themes of moving away from home and living up to your potential. So, we see Bee and the other Autobots adjusting to life on Earth, Shia using a webcam to stay in touch with Megan Fox's Mikaela Barnes and Optimus Prime explaining that Sam can't run away from being a hero.
