Traveltude....Traveller with Attitude

Having recently returned from a two month European vacation.

I have been to Europe twice before, however, this time around, I found that it had changed considerably since my last visit.

Countries visited were, Germany (Berlin), Austria, Italy (southern islands & Sardengna), France and Spain.

Food / Sweets and more..........

Europen are best known I feel for its food, I am a foodie and coming from an Italian background has well and truly cemented my taste in good food.

Smelling freshly baked bread in a small Italian village took me back to when I was a child. Placing a couple of slices of Mortadella and cheese in a freshly baked Panino (roll) was heaven.

Granita (Italian Slurpy) but better, I noticed the variety of flavours, yet to hit the Australian shores, like Peach, Chocolate...so on.

I even saw a gentlemen eating a gelato sandwich (the sandwich was a Brioche).
