With the November 20th release of The Twilight Saga: New Moon quickly approaching, Summit Entertainment has announced a 15-city promotional cast tour around the US at select mall locations. The New Moon cast will split up to attend events held at Nordstrom and Hot Topic stores in select cities.

Fans who attend any of the events will get to enjoy Q&A sessions with New Moon cast members, games and trivia, and will also get to see live performances from musical artists featured on the New Moon soundtrack.

Twilight fans will also have an opportunity to attend VIP events with cast members of New Moon. Fans can obtain VIP access credentials by showing up at the Hot Topic and Nordstrom stores at one of the participating malls in the 15-city tour on October 31st. Fans are advised to get there for 8:00am on the 31st to gain VIP access passes on a first come first serve basis.

Hot Topic and Nordstrom stores will be the perfect venues for New Moon promotional events. Hot Topic has hosted in-store musical performances in the past and featured Twilight cast appearances last year. They have a dedicated Twilight fan base due to their wide variety of Twilight related merchandise including their very own replica of Bella's Birthday Dress sold exclusively through their stores. Nordstrom also currently sells Twilight apparel and more recently a New Moon specific line of clothing.

It's anyone's guess which events New Moon stars Rob Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart will show up at but the tour will have cast appearances and that in itself is enough to garner crowds for the New Moon promo tour. The tour will likely showcase appearances by the Volturi vampires and members of the Wolfpack who are key players in the New Moon storyline.
