Ever since The Twilight Saga began filming in Vancouver BC, fans have been clamoring for a taste of the movie magic that has brought Bella Swan and Edward Cullen to life. Now, some die-hard fans may just get to live their dream - in the home of Edward Cullen himself. The West Vancouver property that is the Cullen house set is up for sale for a reported $3.3 million.

The West Vancouver home, designed by Arthur Erikson, features three massive floors, four bedrooms, high ceilings, a pool, and hot tub. This set location was used in New Moon for Bella's Birthday party scene, a pivotal moment at the beginning of the story where Jasper almost attacks Bella in a moment of weakness. It is an intense scene that transforms the plot of New Moon.

Since the property went on sale a few days ago, the posting on local realtor Jason Soprovich’s website has received over 50,000 hits and has garnered worldwide attention.

“It’s been absolutely incredible,” Soprovich said. “There’s been so many viewings on the website that it almost crushed it.”

Set locations have been a hot commodity in the past few months with fans traveling from all over the world to see places such as Bella's house in Surrey and Jacob's house in Coquitlam. Fans are now craving an inside glimpse of the house where cast members including Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and the entire Cullen family all filmed scenes.

The house is essentially any Twi-hard's dream home. The property is even situated in Twilight-type territory with private property along a two and a half acre creek side. The renovated property's open layout and modern design make it the perfect fit for the fictional Cullens who are both classic and timeless.

Fans have been calling non-stop to try and get a viewing of the house, but Soprovich is clear that only serious potential buyers will be granted entrance for a proper showing of the house. Perhaps Twilight fans are over-eager to view the "Cullen house" as it will not be used for any future filming if Breaking Dawn moves forward with production.

it would be cheaper to rebuild this house somewhere else. the price is only so high because of the story behind it.
