Twilight's Robert Pattinson Admits Personal Hygiene is Disgusting

The long rumoured foulness of teen heartthrob and Twilight star Robert Pattinson has been confirmed, by the part-time vamp himself. In an interview with UK-based NEW! Magazine, Pattinson was quoted as saying, "[...] my personal hygiene – it’s so disgusting!" So ladies, is Pattinson dreamy enough to let the whole lack of hygiene thing slide?

Is it true that you rarely change your clothes?
Yeah, kind of. Like these jeans are a few days old, but the top is probably fresh because it gets to the point where even I can’t stand the air around me. I don’t know, my personal hygiene – it’s so disgusting! Really it’s just that I have very few clothes that I like and I’m travelling all the time, so I can’t really get any more.

But the conversation didn't end there, Edward Cullen's alter-ego gave some insight into his infamous coif and the fascination surrounding it.

And what about your hair?
Yeah, there’s a fascination with my hair, too. It’s funny, because that’s all down to how I used to hate my dad wanting to brush my hair when I was a kid. I hated it! So it’s funny this whole thing with my hair is just from not brushing it!

With the second instalment in the Twilight Saga, New Moon, coming out in the coming weeks it seems the series' star had to drum up some publicity before the big debut. What's your say? Hygiene issues and all, would you still consider Pattinson swoon-worthy or rather 'P.U.'-worthy?
