Twist Of Kate: Gosselin Gets New Show

Dancing With The Stars is not going so well for Kate Gosselin, so why not get another show on TLC? While elimination might be looming for dance averse Kate Gosselin on DWTS, she is not likely to be unemployed for too long once her dancing gig is over, which might be soon.

In a new TLC show called Twist Of Kate, Gosselin is back to what she is best at, which is talking about simple day-to-day life things that families go through. For twelve episodes, Gosselin will exchange "insights for living" as she travels around the country to meet families facing challenges at work and home, and help them however she can. The show will debut this summer.

TLC says, "in each episode, [Gosselin] will walk a mile in someone else's shoes -- meeting real families in the middle of their own extraordinary challenges. She'll try out their jobs ... see how their home life runs ... see what they're up against ... and find out what they do to let off steam. As Kate gets to know them she'll roll up her sleeves and see what she can do to help."

Simultaneously, Gosselin will star in a series of specials of Kate Plus 8 that will examine her life post-divorce with Jon Gosselin. Meanwhile, Kate Gosselin's former husband is fighting for custody of the couple's eight children.
