Bradley Green has been found guilty of stalking Tyra Banks, however, he will not serve any jail time.
Instead, Green will receive "pyschiatric help".

Tyra Banks appeared in court on Wednesday to testify against Green, who was arrested in March 2008 for harassing her.
The man on trial for stalking former supermodel-turned-TV talk show queen Tyra Banks was found guilty today and will not get any jail time -- and instead will get psychiatric help, a Manhattan judge ruled.
