UNI /Under New Influence

The late Andrew John Kovalinsky (1952-2006) developed a youth program under the Clinton Administration.  It was overridden by the Partnership for a Drug Free America's Above the Influence.  Kovalinsky had hoped to form a network of influence in which businesses and schools could form a community of parntership with after school youth clubs benefitting.  It is now his family's hope that the program might be donated  in memoriam to the Obama Administration.
