A person approached TMZ a few days ago with a video featuring Usher and Foster, and they have confirmed that the tape is real, and that the people involved are the ex-couple, but they did not purchase it.

It is thought that the video could have been stolen out of Usher's car in December 2009, when a few things were taken, including two laptop computers.

A rep for Usher has not commented, but has not denied the existence of any sex tape.
