'Vampire' Accused of Child Assault

Arthur Brown, vampire freak has been accused of child assault with regard to his meeting a 14 year old girl throught the web site vampirefreaks.com. Police speculate that there may be more victims of Arthur Brown, aged 44.
Arthur Brown of Toronto met a 14-year-old girl on the website vampirefreaks.com in 2008 and made arrangements to meet.
On Wednesday, after a police investigation, Brown, who goes by the name darkboi, was charged with sexual assault and sexual interference stemming from that meeting
This website has had other members arrested for child exploitation and sex crimes.
On Monday, police allege Derek Campbell, 28, of Toronto met a 13-year-old girl on the website in 2007 and took video of her in sexual positions.
Campbell has been charged with making and possessing child pornography, sexual assault and interference, invitation to sexual touching, and bestiality.
There have been other criminal cases with ties to the vampire website.
In Toronto, a 14-year-old boy stabbed his little brother, known only as Jonathan, 71 times in November 2003.
The youth was convicted of first-degree murder and during his trial it was learned that he and his love interest had profiles on vampirefreaks.com.
When logging onto the website vampirefreaks.com the home page features various windows. Their currently featured member is Venus-on-Drugs who claims to be 19. The banner under their name reads "Gothic Industrial Culture". You can pick up some free music off the site like 'Birthday Massacre'. If you have children this is most definitely a site that you do not want them to access and participate in.

he does work for the ontario government...he is not at work anymore...but has not been fired...
