The Vancouver Sun is debuting  a redesign tomorrow. This is the first time in nearly nine years that the paper has implemented a complete redesign of its format and layout. The new design includes a change of typography, headlines, layout, and in turn, the general vibe of the paper. The first edition hits the presses around 9 p.m. tonight and makes its way to Vancouver Island on the 10 p.m. ferry and the second edition will arrive to the Vancouver community and the Lower Mainland early tomorrow morning.

Cool - I didn't even know they were doing this. Is the website going to be redesigned as well?

I had a meeting with the managing editor today and as far as I know only the paper itself is being redesigned so far. But he did mention that they have a lot of plans in the works for company.
